Super Mario Mushroom Blanket

Here is the crochet blanket I made of the Super Mario red mushroom. It was a Christmas present I made for my husband a couple years ago It is a few hundred solid granny squares (I forget the total count). It's photographed on a full sized bed to give you an idea of the size.

I saw some other versions of granny square blankets online of classic Nintendo characters. I liked the mushroom the best partially because its a good blanket shape.
